| The Israel–Japan Chamber of Commerce is a public,
non-profit association registered in the association registrar
and operated based on bylaw approved by the association registrar. |

| According to this bylaw, the association id
run by a board of directors, who are selected in democratic
elections held as part of a general meeting every two years.
Also elected in that meeting are the association's chairperson
and his/her deputy and the chairperson of the Israel-Japan friendship
association, which is part of the association, as well as the
treasurer and audit committee. |

| The management convenes every two months to
take decisions that pertain to the ongoing operation of the
association. |
| |
| The first management meeting held after the
general meeting is devoted to election of the various committees:
the event organizing committee, the bylaw committee, which is
responsible for making necessary changes in the current bylaw,
and the polling committee, which is commissioned with preparing
a member questionnaire on the Association's activity to enable
better marketing of the association in the future. |
