The institutes of the Israel-Japan Chamber of Commerce:
 
The Israel–Japan Chamber of Commerce is a public, non-profit association registered in the association registrar and operated based on bylaw approved by the association registrar.
 
According to this bylaw, the association id run by a board of directors, who are selected in democratic elections held as part of a general meeting every two years. Also elected in that meeting are the association's chairperson and his/her deputy and the chairperson of the Israel-Japan friendship association, which is part of the association, as well as the treasurer and audit committee.
 
The management convenes every two months to take decisions that pertain to the ongoing operation of the association.
 
The first management meeting held after the general meeting is devoted to election of the various committees: the event organizing committee, the bylaw committee, which is responsible for making necessary changes in the current bylaw, and the polling committee, which is commissioned with preparing a member questionnaire on the Association's activity to enable better marketing of the association in the future.
